Microsoft Windows Media Player 10 で再生、停止、再生を繰り返すとコンピュータからログオフした後、再度コンピュータにログオン出来ない場合がある

        SYMPTOMS

When you play a .wmv media file in Microsoft Windows Media Player 10, you press the Stop button and then press the Play button. 
When you repeat this "play-stop-play" operation several times, a system handle leak may occur. 
When this leak occurs, you experience the following issues:

・In the system performance monitor tool (Perfmon.exe), the handle count for the Wmplayer.exe process increases in a linear manner. 
・In Windows Task Manager, the CPU usage increases. 
・In Windows Media Player, you cannot play videos. This function fails even after you restart Windows Media Player. 
・After you log off the computer, you cannot log on to the computer again. 

When these issues occur, you have to restart the computer.

Note This problem does not occur in Microsoft Windows Media Player 11.
    
ということで、MediaPlayerの11だと問題はないみたい。
10の場合は、提供されている修正プログラムを適用しなかったら、CPU使用率は増えるは、ビデオを再生できなくなるは、ログオフ後にログオンできないわ...
最悪じゃん。
再起動したら直る...らしいけど。

というわけで、MediaPlayer10ユーザで不具合が起きている人もまだ起きていない人も、この修正プログラムは適用の方向で。
MediaPlayer11にしても問題がない場合は、さくっとアップしてしまいましょう。
