TrendProtect：Trendmicro

セキュメモで、小島先生が、こっちは無料と言う話を書いておられたので見てみた。
    

        TrendProtect is a FREE browser plug-in that helps you avoid Web pages with unwanted content and hidden threats.
TrendProtect rates the current page and pages listed in Google, MSN, and Yahoo search results. 
    
おぉ。
Google、MSN(LiveSerch？)、Yahooが対象なのはUntitled Documentと同様ですね。
Siteadvisorとの併用でどうなるのか、おうちで確認してみます。
詳細は後ほど。

あと、セキュメモで書かれてるhttp://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/trendprotectは自宅PCにインストールしてみたのですが、
Updateというリンクがあるので毎回やってみるものの...Updateするものはありません状態なので、更新されないのかなぁ？とか思う。

■追記1：TrendProtectを入れようとしたらMcAfeeSiteAdvisorの消去を求められた。

■追記2：McAfeeSiteAdvisorをアンインストールしたら問題なく導入OK

■追記3：McAfeeSiteAdvisorとTrendProtectの検索結果を確認して見る
リスクウェア：XPSecurityCenter | Symantecを検索
↓McAfeeだと「？」表示。両者を使い分ける感じで対応していくほうがベストかなと思う。

...しかし、XPSecurityCenter | Symantecで入手可能なexeをVirustotalで検出かけたら、
↓のような結果が出るんだけどねぇ。SiteAdvisorに反映されていないのが痛いなぁ...
