        【原因】
アクセス保護→ポートブロック→大量メール配信型ワームメールを送信させないのルールの影響により、
除外プロセスとして登録されていないメールソフトをご使用の場合、メールの送受信ができなくなる場合がございます。
    
というわけで、登録されているプロセスを確認してみました。
